Villa Sant’Angelo is a restored 5th century monastery in the hills of Poli, just 45 mins from Rome. Set on 20 acres with olive groves, fruit trees, and views of ancient ruins, it features 7 bedrooms, 5 full baths, 2 half baths, and a private pool. Sleeps up to 24.

 

Ideal for family reunions, retreats, or peaceful getaways. On clear days, see St. Peter’s Basilica and Ostia.

We absolutely loved our time in the Villa (family of 14). Everything was perfect. It's beautiful, but not pretentious. The views were unmatched and surprised us daily. We even had a rainbow over the mountains one evening! Markus was amazing. He balanced the perfect amount of help and availability with privacy for the family. It was upper 80's while we were there, but no AC was no issue. It was a comfortable indoor temp with a mountain breeze flowing through the doors. We cannot wait to come back!!
